By ON ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS TAX AND PAYMENT OF BUSINESS PERMIT FOR 2021
Assessment of business tax will be available online starting January 4, 2021. Please visit the Official Page of Baguio in my Pocket at www.baguioinmypocket.ph for the detailed instructions on how to request for said business tax assessment.
With this, Business Tax Assessment SHALL NO LONGER BE ISSUED at Baguio City Hall. Only those that have issues, hence cannot be secured online, shall be entertained at the City Treasury Office, during the schedule indicated below.
To serve you better and to avoid crowding at the City Hall One-Stop-Shop which is a potential spreader of Covid-19, PAYMENT of business permit for Year 2021 shall be STRICTLY in accordance with these schedules. For business owners whose Family or Corporate Name starts with the following:
- JANUARY – A-H
- February – I-P
- March – Q-Z and those that start with numeric or special characters
Please be mindful of the above schedule. Only those scheduled to renew their business permits will be entertained during the respective months. Do not waste your time trying to renew business permit when it is not your schedule. If a business owner fails to renew the business permit during the schedule, penalties, computed starting from January 1, 2021, shall be imposed.
Tagged permit, for whatever reason, shall be allowed to pay to avoid penalty but the permit shall not be released until untagged.
Contractors with bidding scheduled for January/February/March, but are not scheduled to renew for said month shall be entertained during the bidding month, provided they show the Invitation to Bid which they intend to join.
