The Smart City of Tarlac: Citizen Angel Portal App 911 Emergency
Tarlac City Angel Portal App 911 Emergency feature allows citizens, with the press of a button, to report emergencies such as criminality, fire and medical, directly to the Command Center for immediate response. The same feature can also be used to report community concerns such as uncollected garbage and leaking pipes.
The citizen also can receive through the CPA public notices and announcements from concerned government agencies.
Alternatively, the citizen can send comments and participate in public discussion and consultation through the CPA.
It also has a survey platform that can be activated to help SMEs in their market research by providing demographic information and consumer behavior of specific products and services.
