September 12, 2022 ā€“ Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez with Vice Mayor Abelardo Bantug III signed the memorandum of agreement with Information Technology Business Solutions Corp. (ITBS) headed by its Founder and Chief Executive Officer/President John Paul Miranda for the launching of the Victorias Smart City Ecosystem.
This will fully revolutionize and digitalize the city operations, businesses, and profiling of all Victoriahanons.
A Victorias City Citizen Mobile App will soon be launched which will provide a variety of integrated and convenient online services including e-government services, online marketplace, online delivery services, online payment, entertainment, a 911 button, and other e-services.
The MOA signing was graced by City Administrator Lindolf De Castro, City Legal Officer Meddie Arbolado Jr., Councilor Richard Julius Sablan, and all department heads.
