ITBS Smart Country Ecosystem

Our project is dedicated to implementing cutting-edge government service systems in partnership with various Local Government Units (LGUs). Through this initiative, we aim to revolutionize the way services are delivered to citizens, fostering a more efficient and streamlined approach towards governance.

Our flagship module

The Citizen Registration Management System (CRMS), serves as the backbone of this ecosystem. It acts as a centralized database backend module, ensuring the seamless flow of information between all the ecosystem sub module with its respective end-users from different LGU departments. Through the CRMS, our LGU partners can access and manage citizen records with ease, enhancing data security and privacy.

To provide citizens with a user-friendly interface, we have developed the Citizen Portal Application (CPA), a mobile application platform that represents the essence of the Ecosystem project. With the CPA, individuals can easily interact with government services, access personalized information, and receive real-time updates regarding public announcements and events.

Aligned with our commitment to engaging all levels of governance, we have implemented the Inhabitant Barangay Records Management System (IBR-MS) as an integrated sub-module within the CRMS. This system guarantees the security of inhabitant records while allowing respective barangays to access and manage their data. The IBR Application, which serves as the frontend module, enables digital citizen registration, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Safety and emergency management are in the forefront of our priorities. The 911 Emergency Management System, another sub-module integrated into the CRMS, enables citizens to report incidents and emergencies through their CPA. This module facilitates appropriate response actions in coordination with multiple responding agencies, utilizing the Chat Messaging Aided Dispatch system. Through this system, emergency services can address situations promptly and efficiently.

Recognizing the importance of equitable distribution of social services and financial assistance, we have developed the Social Services Distribution Management System (SSDMS). Integrated with the CRMS, this sub-module ensures the efficient delivery of social services mandates and other forms of assistance to citizens in need.

The Integrated Public Advisory and Communication System (IPACS) is yet another valuable sub-module within the CRMS. This system enables direct communication between the government and digitally registered citizens, facilitating the transmission of public announcements and relevant information. Through this module, citizens stay informed and engaged, enabling a more participatory approach towards governance.

The ITBS SCE platform goes beyond government services and revenue-generating systems. We have designed e-commerce modules to support local businesses and boost the economy while incorporating technology.

Our e-commerce modules consist of an Online Marketplace platform, dedicated to dealing with the local markets and small-medium enterprises (SMEs) within the city. This platform aims to provide a digital space for businesses to showcase and sell their products and local products to a wider audience.

To facilitate seamless transactions, we have also built an Online Delivery Services platform specifically designed for the local transport sector communities. This platform ensures the safe and efficient delivery of goods within the city, supporting local businesses and enhancing the overall customer experience. This ODS platform also give another opportunities to generate added income to all local rider and delivery services in the city

Additionally, our platform includes a skills and job market platform, which effectively connects skilled workers with job opportunities in the city. This provides a valuable network for individuals seeking employment and enables them to contribute to the city’s growth and development.
