“Baguio City In My Pocket” posters are strategically situated at the premises of Baguio City Hall to inform the public on one of of the city’s e-governance programs aimed at achieving a contact-less way of doing business amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. In partnership with ITBS, a pilot run is set at Irisan barangay on Sept. 21 to Oct. 4. If successful, a citywide roll-out of the program is planned that will be the first in the country.-Gaby Keith
